I'm going to smoke some brisket,ribs and other things for my daughters birthday party and need help with sausage. I want to get some sausage like they serve at BBQ joints ( I know there all different) but don't know where to find it. I always just used like Earl Campbells or something like that but would like to change it to a better a piece of meat and taste. Any ideas on this would be great. What do you use?

Chappell hill is very good! They also have a restraunt in the meat market located right off of 290. Good eatin and the owners are good friends of mine. Good people and good sausage. Hard to beat it.Comment
