Just went to the corner store and they have rolled joints in a commercial package labeled Indica. Then he showed me some plastic tubes with an 8 ball of big fluffy buds. Is this fake stuff or is the legal / not legal over in Texas? All packaged very nice and on the front counter next to the register.

It’s not marijuana with THC. It’s a hemp plant and I think they call it Delta 8 or something like that. All the hemp looks and smells like MJ. That’s why a lot of K-9 dogs have been retired / once hemp became legal Dogs had to be reprogrammed or retired.

Yup, MJ contains both THC and CBD. The legal bud has had the THC breed out of it. It only contains CBD.
