But wouldn't it be easier to just take the CBD pills or oil if that is what they are after?

Just went to the corner store and they have rolled joints in a commercial package labeled Indica. Then he showed me some plastic tubes with an 8 ball of big fluffy buds. Is this fake stuff or is the legal / not legal over in Texas? All packaged very nice and on the front counter next to the register.

What happens if you're prescribed pain meds and carrying in a baggy rather than pill bottle and you get pulled over? Serious question. Probably similar.

I saw some of this in a CBD shop in Irving. Ain't no way a cop can tell the difference. I was told that if it's a significant amount and the cop assumes it's real he will arrest and charge you and have it tested later then the DA prosecutes.

I hate to think what is in this Delta stuff that gets smoker high.. if the thc levels are low enough to be legal, then in theory smoking it should not produce a high. Which means there has to be something else in it if it produces the high. Hard pass.
