Looking for an opportunity at a low fence, free range B&C. I've looked out of state, but time constraints may make that difficult. Anyone have any experience with a South Texas or Old Mexico guide service that they would recommend? Looking for 2023-24, just trying to gather info at this point.

There are going to be VERY few places that sell hunts where you have a legitimate chance of a low fence B&C whitetail, and it will be VERY expensive. PM incoming.

Faith Ranch has some studs. I wonder if their neighbor sells hunts. Maybe check with the San Pedro Ranch? Cactus Jack?

I was about to say this, I think the cactus Jack ranch is a low fence ranch. They have some awesome deer. Might be worth looking into.

If you don’t mind a coastal deer check with Mellon Creek Outfitters. Joe Braman has some big deer around Refugio.

I was about to say this, I think the cactus Jack ranch is a low fence ranch. They have some awesome deer. Might be worth looking into.

Cactus Jack is HF except for 1 mile that fronts HWY 83. Guess what’s on the other side of the HWY?…….HF
