Just wait until the current domestic FTL rates get caught up/passed along to US consumers. It's all going up!!

One guy on our trip over in 2012 said he paid over $3000 to have a shoulder mount Eland shipped to the states. Ouch.

I have been told that the crates are shipped by volume not weight. Not sure that is true now.

This is my understanding also. Getting mounts done over there isn't the cost saving it used to be bc the larger volume crates it takes to ship them back eats up any savings.
