    Cushman Carts

Anyone know about these? Picking one up Wednesday. Impulse buy from my aunts friend. Always told her I’d buy it if she sold it, she decided to call my bluff. I think that’ll make number 547 in the project queue.

I’m sure there is a cushman collectors site somewhere. They have been around a long time so guessing they made a quality product.

These type carts can make great project carts, but be ready to put some money in them. Luckily, they clean up well and if you take care of them, they hold up nicely.

Here's one I did a complete overhaul on.

When I was a kid, we road the heck out of a Cushman scooter.
Sometimes wish I could buy one to ride around.

Drove one around Moody gardens when I was an intern there. They are tough.

If you did rebuild/restore it, what would you use it for?

I grew up playing golf with an old timer that used an old 3- wheel Cushman cart from probably the 50's or 60's. It was still going strong in the early 2000s. Really cool buggy you got there.

I have two that were used at my in-laws garage door warehouse. They are 3 wheeled warehouse carts versions. Much smaller. Fun to cruise around the house.

                  Honestly,

Drive around our neighborhood- we even have a little car show in here once or twice a year - until someone wants to trade it for something I think is better lol.

Picked it up yesterday. Needs tires and batteries. Some rusted out small spots but looks to be easy places to patch. 1972 model. Came with a bench seat behind the two fronts. I can’t find any reference pictures online

Nice! You could possibly pull a small trailer with it in your local 4th of July parade.

Couldn’t find any reference pics either, but it is a Cushman Titan. About all I can find are parts manuals online. Be a cool project and a fun tool once you get it restored.

My dad and gdad sold Cushman among other brands back in the 50's & 60's in the DFW area.

A quick glance here's a couple of sites with information though not the one I was looking for.
