Free Cattle Lease for Repairs in Huntsville, TX

Morning,

I am posting this information for the property owner in Huntsville, TX where I currently bow hunt. The property is a 50 acre rectangle off 2296 and Blackjack Road in Huntsville, TX. Owner is willing to lease the property long term in trade of the property repairs needed to hold cattle. This property needs a cattle guard installed and the fencing repaired. There is a natural spring on the front 10 acre pasture and 25 acres of pine woods and a 15 acre back pasture.

There’s a used cattle guard for sale down the road from me. Might be worth it to try and do repairs yourself instead of having a ranch hand out there with the season just starting
