Historic home run puts Judge only 12 behind the record.

Pete Rose didn't cheat playing baseball he just bet on teams which he had a way to make a difference in.

Why do people keep saying record breaking?

I like Judge and the Yankees but that record was broken 6 times already.

I am not a Judge fan, and especially not a Yankee fan, but I gotta tip my hat to him.

The record argument is a whole other conversation. I have issues with Bonds, Sosa, and McGuire. But I also have issues with the pitchers during that era too.

But no disputing that Judge holds the AL record

Agree. You can make the argument that this is the “clean record” but this whole media frenzy is because he’s a Yankee. If it was a player on the Rangers, Twins, etc it would be featured on Sports Center that night but that’s about it. That said, I really like Judge and congrats to him

That would be the worst contract in the history of sports. They’d be paying a 45 year old man, way past his prime, $40 million a year.

Congrats to Judge. Still the American League record held by a former Yankee. Heck of an accomplishment.
