I am wanting to have the ivories from my first bull elk inlayed into a knife handle. Any recommendations for a good maker? I know some custom guys get on up there in price, I am not looking for crazy rare/expensive materials just a good skinning knife with basic wood would be fine.

Try Shane Sloan in Newcastle. (940)846-3290. The best knife maker that you have never heard of. He does not do the social media stuff. Hell he may have never been online but he makes great knives and has since the 80's.
