What do you expect is going to happen, when you turn something into a sport, with big money, big sponsors. How fishing became a professional sport, for big money just baffles the **** out of me. People are always looking for something to do, other than go find a real job. Our society is so severely screwed up, but I think we are getting close to the end, so maybe the stupid stuff useless crap will go away.

Don't get me wrong they are scum but I don't see a criminal charge. I do see a life time ban tho.
It's happened in TX and they have been charged with fraud and arrested. Not sure of the laws where they were but that's the law in TX several have been charged over the years

My bet is that the filets were feed to the fish. I would guess that those fish were caught before and placed somewhere to be held alive. I have seen sand trout filets being feed to keep croaker alive.

This happened in Ohio and they have been charged with what they did in this tournament and rightly so. I am glad the tournament director called the Ohio Fish and Game to the scene.

I was not wrong. I said "do it right", call the law, file a complaint and that is what they did. An investigation took place and they were charged. Isn't that the correct way to do it? I requested warrants for criminals for 25 years. You have to do it right and have all your ducks in a row or you will be sent back to the office until it is done right. Way too many on here jump to conclusions before the facts were shown. Now it remains to be seen if they can prove fraud in previous tournaments.

The filets were wrapped around the weights so they wouldn't be felt if someone was checking the stomach.

Another posted that the fisherman won past tournaments but there is no evidence of fraud in those tournaments.

Time will tell BUT someone has to make a police report and pursue charges. If this is not done then it is a mute point.
                              Read my last sentence. LOL

Yeah, it seems like rhetorical questions.
