What did I find? Fossil?

Found this a few weeks back on our place about half way between Del Rio and Sonora. It is about 6’ long or so and embedded into the rock. It is curved where it comes out of the rock, almost as if it’s curve back to itself below. Kind of an odd shape, with neat curves.

I'm in for answers. Almost looks like a vein of something more resistant to weathering than the rock its embedded in. The shape is very interesting though.
