Weather Gurus ...Any Significant Cool Fronts Coming

    How's October looking?

Hard to get motivated to sit in a hotbox sweating your nads. See some cooler weather around the middle of the month....but it looks like a crap shoot.

    What say the masses?

Not a weather guy but my 15 day forecast shows next week with lows in the upper 50s and highs in the upper 80s. Ill take it for opening weekend

Calling for high of 93 and low of 63 in my area for opening weekend. My temperature threshold for ground blind hunting has dropped significantly as I've gotten older I guess I'm not as motivated as I once was but 80* is max I will tolerate in my Krivo blinds.

Too far out to put any stock in the Oct 1 forecast, imo.

even with the heat, i'm seeing lots of doe activity mid day. maybe the shorter days has them feeding off cycle. whether i'm hunting will depend on the trail camera activity!

I rarely get to hunt the Opener. If its in the low 60s, I might need to call in sick

I’m a weatherman. If I send Sarge out to pee and he doesn’t lolygag that means it’s too hot, too cold, or it’s raining. That’s about as good as the paid weather liars do !

No. Going to be a hot October at best. GFS model has 102 degrees on 10/4

Any decent rain forecasted or is that too much to ask?
Would like to plant some plots but not looking promising for even October

.03" on the 16 day model here locally.

So basically no rain in the foreseeable future.

A little front next week then warms back up. That could change but the models have been pretty consistent.
