Like others have said, buy a few tools and do your own.

Arizona EZ mini if you are shooting 2" vanes is easy and you can fletch a doz easy in a 1hr TV show just messing with them during commercials
Very light coat of gel super glue is the key

I buy mine at Texas Archery. I can see where building them would be relaxing though. I'm just lazy

It won't save you money until you do it a few times, but building your own is pretty fun and you can play around with different setups.

I did use muddyfuzzy for some Black Eagles before and they turned out great.

Buy the blanks cut, wrap them and use a bitzenburger for a four fletch wit AAE hybrids, 50 grain insets. I’ve really enjoy the satisfaction of doing them myself

I do my own. I buy the shafts from local shops and they cut to the length i want. I wrap and fletch em while watching tv.

Bitz jig, Goat Tuff glue, quality wraps, mouse pad and Q2i Fusion Vanes. need some pointed q-tips for excess glue
