If he picks up trailer today Ron can simply say they didn't get the chance to make it right per the contract. It may give him a very easy out.

If OP takes RV to dealership for a complete look over then he has a leg to stand on getting money from these crooks. I'd get it on tape or writing when Ron says it's all fixed.

WhTs to keep ol Ron from being comsolicit in the theft scheme? All he has to do is lease the trailer and claim it’s stolen. The renter keeps said trailer or figures out a way to sell a hot trailer and Ron gets a cut.

The guy from Yelp confirmed that my trailer is on Vakay's lot. He didn't get a look at the inside, or at what they might need to fix, but he did verify that it is there.
