Child Care "Duty of Care" Issue

If anyone has had to seek counsel or was able to resolve a neglect/"Duty of Care" issue without a Lawyer at a daycare can you PM please. Not sure where this is leading to so do not want to air out private business to the public. Need to make sure my kid is going to be taken care of.
