A common ingredient in energy drinks is taurine. Perhaps you can find it in pill form? If it’s not enough on it’s own, try pill form of caffeine as well.

Not much help here . I went from a 4 or 5 a day monster drinker to none . Man that was tough . I have always been a coffee drinker. I will drink probably a pot to a pot and a half a day . For me the monsters really didnt do anything for me . Was just addicted to
