Does anyone know the legality of an error on a 553-TX-e vehicle sales contract?
My wife has decided to cancel an extended warranty on her car due to shopping around and finding a policy much cheaper. When I went to do that for her I realized that the dealer put $500 more on the contract than they charged for the policy itself. I have the policy from time of closing and I have the contract. They show two different amounts.
