Great story about the Hat and shirt. Last Sunday I left Tejas for Detroit, Michigan. Week long training for work. Early morning flight on Sunday.... I was exhausted. Didn't sleep well the night before. I am sitting on an aisle seat. I fall asleep almost immediately after take off. I wake up to what I thought the plane crashing. No, we were landing. The guy next to me. From Durant, OK in the adjacent aisle seat. Says, Man!! You ready for the upcoming season?? And points to my hat. Apparently he had been waiting for me to stop snoring to talk about deer. Great guy. I hope he has since joined. As he says he knows about TBH. (If you're the guy, PM or comment here. I will cover membership and your hat) He showed me some monster deer he has taken in Durant. All along I thought all they had was a Casino!!

2nd story. I was sitting in the hotel lobby one evening. Waiting on a couple guys to go to dinner. Gentleman walks up. Hey, do you know if it is ok for an out of state Archery hunter to join TBH? I said, yes sir. Shoot 64.5% don't even own a bow!! We laughed. He is from Iowa. But, currently lives on the west side of Michigan. Apparently there are some monster deer there as well!! (Same offer applies to you as well if you see this)

The common conversation I had with both guys. They're interested in hogs!! Common interests with most of us.... Monster Deer!! Sounds like a fair trade off!!
