Stepped on a nail

Get that thing clean, my dad stepped in nail 20 years ago. Never went to the doc and still has issues with that foot.

OMG! The thought of that festering up seems unbearable!
I stepped on a stingray and got tapped on the big toe and was on crutches for a while
Have stepped onto a nail before and that was difficult to walk on also

Both times required antibiotics
