Feeder battery question

I have 2 12v batteries, 1 is the reg size and is 7.5 Ah, the other is smaller (square) shape and is 5 Ah. I realize they'll both work being 12v, but is there an issue using the lower rated amp battery?

It will just go dead quicker if you don't have a solar. Shouldn't be any issue for a feeder with a solar. The 5AH has a lower storage capacity.

u are only using the 12v battery for 30 to 60 seconds a day, depending on how timer is set. If you have a solar panel, either is fine
