IR Illuminator Opinions

I have an ATN X-sight 4K Pro Digital Day/Night scope
It came with an ATN IR850 illuminator. Pretty decent quality
Literature shows as an option to upgrade to an ATN IR 850 Pro

Is it worth the difference? Other IR illuminators to consider
Looking at mounting this scope to AR-15. Snipe hogs & yotes

I have the ATN IR850 Pro Long Range. Its pretty versatile. On low you can hunt short range 50 yds or so and on high and focused you can see across a pasture. Check out the reviews on Amazon.

I have also heard nothing but good things about the site sponsor lights as well as mentioned above.

I use a Tactical Night Vision Torch Pro on mine. I’m sure there are others as good or better but I have head shot pigs to 200 yards with it. I’ve missed a couple too but I’m sure that was operator error.

You can borrow it and try it if you’d like to.

Nothing beats an accurate rifle, a good rest, and steady nerves……except luck !

It's a Zenitco Perst 3. It's a full power IR laser illuminator combo. They are out of Russia so they can be a little tricky to find. There are a couple of online retailers, but you have to jump quick when in stock. Honestly, it's overkill for most applications, although really dang impressive.
