Camera for filming hunts?

This may need to be asked in the equipment forum but it’s not actually about hunting equipment, but I am looking for recommendations for an inexpensive and most importantly user friendly easy to use camera to film a few hunts. I know go pros are very popular and not that expensive. Most of these hunts will be gun hunts in a box or ground blind. Would I need a tripod or stand as well? Any help is appreciated! Did I mention it needs to be very user friendly?? Lol

A tri- pod set with a quality camera or video is the best that i have formulated. Video can be quite stunning. I had to delete a head shot video of a doe kill about 8 years ago because of the blood and gore. Anyhow a tripod is the way to go. Very stable and clear.
