I think we are right around the corner of the good hunting to start. Muzzleloader season seems to get everything kicked into gear! I’ll be in touch! Good luck to you as well!

Are land prices($/ac) less in OK. than TX? I bought my ranchito in Edwards Co. for just a tad over $4k/ac with a small house. I was lucky enough to secure a regular home mortgage from a bank in Houston. The down payment and interest rates were minimal to say the least. Wish you the best in your endeavors.

If your looking for land in northern texas say within 3 hrs of DFW its not even comparable in price. Especially for what you get. Still cheaper than most anywhere in Texas.

Food plots are coming along nicely! I put some fertilizer out after the morning hunt today. I’m hoping it pays off for some late season hunting.

Got a few random pictures to share I found a good acorn tree right behind the house with a couple scrapes. A few backyard bucks. Starting to see some new bucks on camera!
