    East Texas Home Builder References

Looking to build a 1800-2000 sqft home on our property.

We are doing a very basic rectangular ranch style home. nothing fancy on the exterior and open concept interior. Would preferer all metal, but open to other depending on cost.

Looking for references for builders that will come to Lindale, TX and build.

I have gotten 1 quote for $227 sqft for 1800 sqft for basic finishes on just a rectangular metal building home. This scared me, but I have had one other for $145 sqft for 2000 sqft home. Builder did not have alot of refences.

Any help would be appreciated, as I know the market is crazy right now and my pricing I want may be unrealistic.

Neches Construction- Matthew Berry 903-571-4348 . They built our house last year and we had a great Experience.

Man do it yourself and save a good bit of money. I’m finishing up a 3200 Sq/Ft home and even after the lumber prices were high during the time of purchase I’m finishing it out at around $72-$75/Sq/Ft

Paid to have slab poured, I framed the house and dried it in, hired out electrical, foam insulation, A/C, Plumbing, Metal install and I’m personally finishing out the inside walls and floors. Price above is even after hiring out those things.

      7 bedrooms/2.5 bath

Send me a PM or your phone number.
I’d like more specifics on what you want built and I’ll save you some money, guaranteed.
Just finished mine here in Emory.

                Well howdy neighbor!

I don't have any references, had a guy in the flooring game in my office last week and I can't remember if he suggested Hunt Homes or Heritage Homes, one of the two. $200+/sqft seems higher than giraffe poontang if you ask me.

Do what you can by yourself.

Be careful everybody wants to be a builder in this area.... I hear a new story seems like every day about builders around here.

You might call DH quality cabinets there in lindale. Friend of mine owns it ask for Bill or Amy. They are a great business. They may have some recs on who they like working with?

Slew on here may can help also with some recommendations.
