Auto A/C help

My wife's SUV (Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer, 2010) A/C quit blowing air from the dash vents. It still blows cold air from the windshield and floor vents so the A/C is working. Can't find anything on this on the Tube so looking for help here.... What is causing this??? BTW there is no cabin filter in this model so it can be that being clogged.

Blend door actuator would be my first guess

Those have been replaced a couple years ago, however they have been knocking on occasions. Could they be bad again???

Blend door for sure. Actuator could be the problem or something could have fallen down thru the defrost vent and is blocking the blend door.

I'll try to look at those again, boy they are a PIA to deal with.

Crazy. Gm. Toyota. Ford. Chrysler. All the same Blend door answer...

Not to hijack, but my 2007 Chevy isn’t blowing cold air. Checked the Freon and it’s fully charged. Compressor is working.
What else do I need to look at?
