Favorite sushi of all time?

Sashimi is raw fish meat only. Never with anything like rice. Ginger or Wasabi to compliment the palate. It's actually the definition of the word.

Sushi is any food with the vinaigrette rice. White or brown. Doesn't even mean the dish includes fish. Also definition of the word.

Many are unclear, especially in the USA South and sometimes create their own terms.

Oh ok, I know what you mean. I haven't tried it before but I'll have to. I'm sure it's good.

I haven't really ventured into the Sashimi. That's a slice of fish or whatever meat on the rice correct? I ain't never seen one so I don't know what Sashimi is. I'll try it for sure I just haven't so far.

Yes. Its served over a chunk of rice or on its own. I prefer on its own. I used to get a surf and turf roll where raw beef was layered over the top of a tuna roll. That was good but generally dont like rolls. Oh and oyster shooters. Raw oyster in a shot glass filled with jalapeño sake and soy garnished with cucumber and dicon strips. Yummm. **** now I need some sushi.
