Favorite sushi of all time?

My buddies and I were talking yesterday about different sushi and one of my buddies told me he's been to several sushi places in Texas and they had this steak that they sear on the outside. He couldn't remember what it's called but he said it's good but it's pretty expensive. I figured some of y'all had probably seen it or eaten it before.

Y'all have had way better stuff than I have. One of these days I hope to do some traveling and get some of the real good sushi.

I'll tell ya, I watch food stuff on YouTube every day. Some of those people that travel around trying different foods are doing it right. That's probably my ultimate dream job. I'd be a fatass son of a gun if I could be.
