That’s amazing that only 8” in 24 hours could do that much damage. I guess I’m just used to living on the gulf coast all of my life and seeing that kind of rainfall regularly without this kind of catastrophic results. Prayers for everyone that has lost friends and loved ones and their homes to boot.
