if you're on facebook go follow a page called "taking back the bluff". it's essentially a page where reports of vagrants are made, we have cleaned up dozens of these "camps". It's an enormous help that Corpus Christi Police department supports this.

most of the time, they're trespassing on someone's property. If it's public (county or city), it probably depends on if your politicians are emotional, or they actually want to clean things up and get people real help.

I found a local page that post up this sort of stuff. The person that runs it said to send her photos and she would post them up. I’m gonna check the water levels a few miles north today. The river is dry in many areas.

Go down there and hand out fliers for an upscale homeless camp in DC. All they need to do is go to the border and get on a bus.
