                      Righ click on a pic you have saved on your computer. "Save as desktop background" is one of the options. Do whatever editing you want to do to the pic first before saving as background.

                          I know how to save a pic as desktop wall paper, but do not know how to copy the picture of the desk top like all of the pics in this thread.

                          I tried the prt sc button, but nothing happens.

                          I tried some online tutorials to make it happen, nothing happens.

                              Most desktop wallpares are store in this location C:\WINDOWS\WEB

                              if its not their do a ALT+PRINTSCREEN then open paper and paste. then you can save it.
