I have had bagels every day this week lmao.
I will definitely be curing some salmon again in the future. I experiment with a lot of thing and sometimes they suck, sometimes they are good and maybe I will do again once in a while, but this recipe will be done on the regular.
Cure: 1/4 cup white sugar mixed with 1/4 cup kosher salt.
Cover the salmon generously with the cure and pat
Dust with a good amount of white pepper on top of that
Cover in fresh chopped dill, COVER IT
Then cover in lemon slices cut fairly thin
Cure for 72 hours draining water every 12.
