I had a bad heat stroke about 4 years ago. Knocked me into the dirt and my work/heat endurance went to about 10 percent of pre heatstroke level.
I found this “towel” in one of the houses I bought (sealed package) about 2 years ago. I finally got around to trying it about 2 months ago. It works as advertised!!
Basically get it wet, wring it out some them snap/shake it a few times. And put it around your neck and tuck it into your shirt.
It stays cool until it dries out (it’s kind of like a dry shammy).
It’s allowed me to do a lot more than I could. It keeps you quite cool. I think it also cools the blood going to your head. I can mow for several hours and I’m really not overly hot or wore out. Real test was we put out 10,000 pounds of protein in bags in Mexico and it was a 112 degrees at the hottest point. We didn’t work fast but we worked about 6 hours. I had to rewet it 2x.
Im going to buy a few more. Apparently they’re not terribly expensive
Just passing it on with the heatwave we’ve had.
