im trying to figure out how to post a youtube video and i have no clue how to help anyone

in the URL on a youtube link, there will be some numbers or letters after the = sign. copy them all up to the & sign.... Here is an example....view_play_list?p=EF0CBBC56D4DEAD8&page=1
The bolded part is what you copy. Then under the "go advanced tab there is a youtube link. When it comes up, the curser will be in between to Youtube brackets. Just past there. You are done.
