Dog Found - Cypress Texas *Free to Good Home*

I am looking to rehome a dog that was abandoned near my house. We found him a few days ago wandering around without a leash or collar - I am thinking someone may have dumped him. Small male that is probably 2-3 months old. Did not have a microchip when we took him to the vet, and no hits on several Facebook pages for anyone looking for a lost puppy.

Would love to keep him but unfortunately have 2 dogs at home already and cannot afford to keep a 3rd right now.

The vet believes it is a Plott Hound and will still need his shots. Free to good home - located in Cypress Texas.

Don’t know if it’s a Plott or not, certainly looks like one. They are great family dogs. Wish I had room for him

Good luck. Based on the ear set and head structure I doubt its a plott but could be wrong. The vet guessed that simply because it is brindle. We face that guess the breed based on color all the time with catahoulas. Vets think any medium sized spotted dog is a catahoula. Once again good luck and I bet it makes a great pet for someone.

Final bump - No shelters/SPCA can accept dogs or puppies. Appreciate everyone who looked.

I love brindle color phase dogs.

My wife has two Dobermans and they don't want any new dogs in the house though.
