looking for a couple of good Superintendent That want to work for a great Company its a great group of People that work here owner of the Company is a Bowhunter and fisherman great guy easy to get along with and will always have your back. We get opening day of dove season off to go on a company dove hunt. Name of Company is Epoch construction. we do Commercial work all around Houston area we have a small office in Austin that we are looking for people as well. The company started out small and we have took off this year and really need some good Supers! Thanks

Every GC I know is looking for Supts. I work for a ton of Houston area GCs, but y’all just recently started a project near my home, in front of Porter HS, which caused me to notice Epoch. So far, y’all have a nice and orderly looking job site. Good luck on your Supt search and your continued growth.

Yes we have had a lot of people come in asking for 100-150k it’s insane! We have grown way to much to fast this year. Which isn’t a bad thing. But trying to find good help these days at a reasonable price is hard.

Yes, unless you find a yound stud under 30, that knows his stuff and isnt a soft millennial....your looking at 100k to start the bidding

I was offered $120k plus bonuses up here in Dallas. Funny thing is I’ve actually never ran a construction project but my line of work and them knowing me that’s what I was offered. He said they pay all there supers that. I’m highly considering

It’s sad I did residential for 5 years and didn’t sniff 100k my boss did screw me! But I always heard Commercial was the place to be! And I love commercial way more than residential! Because we deal with Doctors now they all have money! But to come into a new company and ask for 100k+ is insane! And by all means I’m not a old fella I’m 34 and I’ve always been taught work hard and work your way up. But now days that doesn’t matter with New generation out of college!
