        those look great. that is one of the things i want to try too. just have to go "to the big city" to get raw pork belly.

        the burnt ends recipes looked good too but i didn't want a great deal of sugar on my meats.

        i was worried it might flare up or produce a bunch of grease, but it did not add hardly anything to the drip catcher.

        i've cooked bacon in the oven too. i was just wanting minimal cleanup
