Natural Gas - Providers and rates

Currently I'm with ATMOS but how can I find out who else I could go with, and what are they charging for service?

You do a search on natural gas and I get a ton of site that compare electric rates, but yet to find one for natural gas.

I've wondered when they'll "deregulate" that so billing companies can "compete". Just made chit cost more.....

He’s referring to the wallstreet journal study that said Texas paid 28 billion more than other states grids that are NOT deregulated. They said it would save us money but in the long run it just went higher.

Failed energy policy (mainly the move away from reliable energy sources to ‘renewables’ and other supposed green alternatives) has caused the increase in rates and the problems the grid is seeing today, not deregulation.

Interesting, didn't know that about Texas.
We choose a provider every year or every 2 years in early spring.
We got about 6-7 quotes up here for NG, had options for winter guard rates, set rate per therm or fluctuating market rate.
Spouse gets a quote from the provider for the university since he is an employee.
They all use one company's transmission lines just different providers for the gas. We get a bill from Black Hills Energy but our gas comes from Wyoming Community Gas corp.
We pay a set rate for 2 years.
