Helicopter over my house (La Grange)

Had a helicopter over my house at 5:30 this morning shining lights and flying around 200 ft. I live just east of La Grange and my wife told me other folks on the book of faces said it looked like a group of military choppers and they did it to others around my area from around 5:30-8:00 am. Now let me start with this. I'm full 110% for our military but, unless there's a **** good reason for them waking me up at 5:30 and shining lights around, I'm gonna have a real issue with that because what the hell is next?! Can I do anything about it? I'm sure not but I'd really like to know their reasoning for dumb **** like this. I almost posted this in the PACE forum but figured more may see it here.

There was a big wreck close to you on I10 around midnight, probably life flights. Facebook tends to have a lot of drama queens in it

I called the life flight outfits around and none of them had any idea. Sherrif didn’t know, airport didn’t know. Hell, I even called our game warden and he had no clue.

Not trying to talk **** or anything, truly, but that sure seems like quite a few agencies to bother just because you’re curious why a chopper is flying lower than usual. I’d just chalk it up to a one time ordeal and be done with it. I know it was an inconvenience but oh well.

Who knows, maybe it was something top secret and knowing the real reason might be too much for us to handle
