Fees at Hiley Mazda DFW?

Have been shopping Honda CRVs but the best deal I have found is $1800 over msrp and you have to put a deposit down a good ways out which all is a bunch of hoops to jump through.

Do any of the Hiley Mazda dealerships sell anywhere close to MSRP? The CX-5 seems to offer a bunch for a couple grand less than the Honda but all will be a wash if they are tacking on $5k in window tint and paint protection.
