I get offers from time to time in the mail to purchase a piece of land I own in McLennan county. They are usually low ball offers but I got one a couple of weeks ago that is actually really close to what it’s worth. It’s from a company in Florida called LotandLandSale.com Has anyone ever had any dealings with this company? Thanks

How many acres is it and how much did they offer per acre? Usually they are super low ball so I would be very wary of it.

I got one and thought about mailing it back with a photocopy of my hand shooting the bird
