    Program to track client contacts?

Needing recommendations on a program that can be used to track client contacts.

Basically something I can set time-limits for calls, face-to face visits, emails, and texts and to track those account by account and employee by employee.

    Yall utilize anything like that?

Setup correctly (as in pay someone to do it), Salesforce is a great one. Setup incorrectly it is a big hassle.

What industry? Zoho isnt a bad CRM, and I found it much easier to use than salesforce. There are others now like Calendly, that are more streamline and mobile friendly.

Back in the day we used Salesforce. I’m not up to date with those options now.

No truer words than this. I’ve been on both sides of that fence and the incorrectly setup side is a total disaster and huge waste of money.

Yep. Amazing CRM when it's right.

Big pile of dog **** when it's not.

I use jobnimbus in all of my offices, not because it is the best, but because we can customize it to fit all three of my businesses under one big CRM umbrella.

Fairly short learning curve, but I have two ladies that can make it him and can teach anyone how to use it pretty quickly when we hire new personnel.

We have tens of thousands of contacts, auto update emails, tasks, templates, contracts, and letters and emails in our system.

For my little biz, it’s right at a grand a month but I have lots of users.

If you decide to use it, let me know before you purchase and I can hook you up with a referral discount

I use Pipedrive to manage all my clients and info. Lot of customization, has a mobile app, and it’s cheap. Pay $120/user/year. There are higher tiers with more access, but for what we get with what we pay, it works for our needs.
