Anyone else working nights

I am on a rig outside of College Station drilling a horizontal well. I am boared out of my mind. I guess thats how I can tell the job is going good. I only have 2 1/2 hours left.

Seems they love to put me on the Midnight to Noon shift. Whatcha drilling for, oil or gas? Haven't heard if Natural Gas prices are coming back yet.

Between 3 & 4 AM is the worst for me. Leaning against wall watching equipment yesterday & nodded off for a second. Ought to just have a caffeine iv in my arm! LOL

Been working nights for close to 15 years now..Hopefully for not much longer...I just finished my Bachelors degree...after 18 years....maybe this time I can move to a "normal" life now!!

We are drilling for gas. The prices are still under $4 a thousand but alot of our clients are still doing horizontal work. It produces much better than straight work so it's still cast effective.

Where are ya'll at? I have done some drilling on a couple different barge rigs out of Homa and Rock port.
