which birth certificate? the one like a hospital issues or a county record?

When you go on line and request a Certified B/C they ask what are you going to do with it. One of the options is re-new your D/L.

My sister says it looks like the one the hospital gave her.

The questions they ask are quite personal, and pretty much nail down who you are...
