another RedHead fan............. best feeling boot I have ever bought. Felt like I had been wearing them for years fresh from the box, just not as broke down.

Danner Sharptails, They'll out last the redheads by five years so in the long haul they're cheaper

Danner if you can find them. They stopped making he best snakeboots, Sharptail Coveys. If you can find someone that has them in stock, buy them ASAP.

Another RedHead fan. I still wear the laceups, but that works better for my arthritic hands than the zippers.

Justin or Chipps for me. You can get both of them for under $125 at the Justin outlet store in Ft Worth

Chippewas are the best Ive found, they generally last me two years.

I wear them everyday and in some bad stuff. They pretty much stay wet and covered in blood but they last longer than any others Ive tried.

After a year I get them resoled then the leather wears out by the end of the next year and I go to a new pair.

Nope they're bringing them back there was enough of a up roar down here that they're putting them back on the market this summer and they're going to be a darker tan color

Then you go a magic pair, I could never make them last past year 2 if I was lucky.

Are these Justins you talk about the Western boot? Are do they have any other styles? That's all I see on the Justin site.
