have any of yall purchased older forever stamps?

i see them for sale for about 2/3 the going price but they are from 2020 back. a forever stamp is good forever.

not really sure how they are able to do this but i figured i could save a little in that i used about 30-50 stamps a month

got two 100 stamp rolls in. they say 2018 on the sealed roll.

they look just like the rolls i buy today just different date
