Just keep on that preventative schedule for you and your son (if he can ) and avoid as much contact with your wife until her fever and symptoms subside... Her dosage will be likely higher than yours... (Hers is for treatment. Yours is preventative) That's why I got 2 different size capsules for the Quercetin... Also I use 25mg of Zinc... Overdosing on Zinc can really upset your digestive system, and taking on an empty stomach... or it did me... I also had to switch the type of zinc I took because it gave me indigestion real bad...
Here's a table that gives some details about the various zincs that "Maddox" on her posted. I found it very helpful. I switched to the Zinc Picolinate and found it to be much easier on my digestive tract and no indigestion... "You mileage may vary."
