does not appear to be a ribald to me. I have three piebald on my place, there from very small fawns. This one just looks lighter brown than generally thought normal. Very cool looking deer.

I think it’s just another iteration of a leucistic deer, lacking enough pigment to be a normal color but not a true albino. That considered opinion is worth exactly what y’all paid for it.Last edited by Drycreek3189; 07-06-2022, 02:36 PM.

I hadn't seen the white fawn lately until this evening. I got a couple of pics and he (she?) has grown. According to a very knowledgeable friend who knows whitetails, this deer is most likely a melanistic deer, as opposed to a piebald.
Anyway, please excuse the poor quality of the pics, since it was pretty low light when I took them.
