You've got a used product in a very niche market that is a royal pain to move around. Figure out what you'd pay for it, then subtract how much you'd charge in time and labor to move it without a trailer, then sell it for that.

I’d think a mom and pop bbq joint would be your target audience for that. They wouldn’t need the trailer and that rig would probably be an upgrade over what lots of smaller joints or startups are smoking on.

Price is going to drop tremendously without the trailer. Take the extra money from selling with the trailer and buy a brand new one.
