I went a different route. I went to Harbor freight and bought the atlas brand. I bought the pole saw, the chain saw, and the hedge trimmer plus a 40v and 80v battery and 2 year extended warranty. I figured if it was junk I would take it back. So far no regrets. I used the saw most of the day Sunday at the lease and barely used 2 bars of battery on the 80v battery.

I use a Stihl MSA 161 T at least 3-4 days a week and I have been pretty surprised with the power and battery life. Typically use an MS 201 T-CM when I’m limping trees but have been opting for the electric over the gas as of late.

          This ^^^^^

All I use at the lease now.
Everything I have rechargeable is all Dewalt now. And, that is quiet a bit of stuff.

I’ve used both Toro and Milwaukee, both were great.

A battery operated sawzall will easily take care of “light work” and no hassle of chain, etc

True, but there is no comparison, not even with a Diablo pruner and its the baddest blade you can buy.

I bought the green works combo pole saw and chainsaw. You can’t buy the pole saw from me, it’s a beast. Chainsaw was good for a few times and just quit.

The long pruner blades are definitely the way to go. When they seem dull I save them to cut heads off.

I have a 40v saw from Harbor Freight and it will cut down more stuff in one charge than I want to clean up in a weekend! Can’t remember the brand but it’s been great. Got the saw and the pole saw. Happy with both.
