    Internet Connection Issues

Have satellite internet via Hughes Net
Had a contractor here today prepping exterior to paint. Removed our RG6 coax cable & reinstalled
Ran part of it underground & up the house & across eaves. Looks like from dish there are two cable junctions with ground. Last junction is tied to a ground jumper on my meter to main ground.
Everything is tight. Is that ground jumper an issue?
Anything to check that’s simple? Voltage reading on the coax?

Cancel that **** is your best bet! Get Starlink. If no go on that, get a Verizon hotspot.

Have a buddy with HughesNet, ranch house is out in the middle of nowhere. The service there if iffy.

It should not be an issue. I also have a ground coming off of my line-of-sight dish. That ground wire should not have continuity to the core wire of the coax. It should be connected to the shield just beneath the coating of the coax.
